I put in my first ecig order on the 20th, along with (seemingly) the rest of humanity. It came yesterday. All was well but for a defective charger. So I emailed info@puresmoker.com and got a response back 6 minutes later from Joanna. She was excellent. There was some hinting that they would be restocked very, very soon, so perhaps they are attempting to get ready for another feeding frenzy. My guess is that they are busy preparing and will be back to the forum soon.

I have personally only ordered from Steve once before, he was quick. Ordered on a Friday about 1 PM central US time, was shipped by 3 PM on Friday & in my hands on Monday from CA to Missouri. I have however messaged him or e-mailed him probably 4 or 5 times with questions. Always answered within minutes to 3 or 4 hours tops.

I did mail him last Monday asking when he would have liquid back in stock, never received a reply. THEN came here & seen he had moved & had a big weekend. I sent a 2nd mail Tuesday night & I just received my response today. However it was a very quick few word response, very quickly written, but at least a response from Joanna.

I feel confident he will be back to normal, as I did place an order today when I refreshed that page & seen he had some Cola. I tried to ever order 3, but I guess he only had 1 left so I snagged it about 2 PM Central time.....

For those of you having problems right now, this is definitly not normal for him as he has one of the best rep's here for service & product. I think the move just over whelmed him.

If you read the posts in this thread, you will see he is answering some emails that were sent well after mine and others. So, obviously, they are not that overwhelmed! It seems they are answering sales related inquiries, but nothing related to defective equipment and billing problems. Can you see why I am getting more angry as each hour passes with no reply? Effective business model?? Customer service?? NOT. I know I can shop elsewhere and I intend to. I just want my problem rectified or my money back.

Calm your skin missus, the ecig business is much more volatile and complex than running a corner shop and suppliers do have my sympathy when it comes to meeting demands of customers. The ecig situation changes daily with supplies drying up or being delayed as manufacturers try to keep up with demand and try to keep shipments coming in despite the bureaucratic interference. I don't know Steve but if he had been a cowboy he would have been run out of town long ago by the lynch mob. He must be kosher to survive on here!
The good news, for us Europeans at least, is that there are plans well underway for a manufacturing plant in Europe and liquid/carts produced in the UK should be on sale within a month or so.

The ecig situation changes daily with supplies drying up or being delayed as manufacturers try to keep up with demand and try to keep shipments coming in despite the bureaucratic interference. I don't know Steve but if he had been a cowboy he would have been run out of town long ago by the lynch mob. He must be kosher to survive on here!

Sorry, hard to be calm. I understand the volatility and I understand the supply problems. I, along with a number of others, are just looking for a stinking reply. He is answering the emails he selects, without regard to the dates they were received. It would take him exactly 2 minutes to do a quick post here and let us all know that we will be taken care of. That would be an easy and effective means of putting an end to this and keeping his customer base happy. Getting assurance from others who have their goods does nothing for us. Aside from personal tragedy, there is no excuse for this type of service. Let me say - if there happened to be a tragedy - I apologize from the bottom of my heart. I don't think that is the case, since he has replied to others.

BTW - I welcome and await with joy for a plant/manufacturer based outside of China.

This is not looking good at all. Prior to the reopening, I almost never saw a bad comment about PS, which is why I went to him in the first place. Take a good look around this forum. Others are having the same problem with the equipment as I had. Many others not liking the juice, still many others with no replies - like me. Seems he is ignoring emails relating to problems. He has got to be looking at the posts here and has made no attempt to make a 1 minute post to calm the natives. Instead, he seems to be 'fanning' the fire by not responding. Maybe he is going to sell out his remaining stock and ride out into the sunset. :nah::nah::nah::nah::nah:

You are so lucky you got 'skunked'. I wish I did.

PEOPLE PLEASE,
I receieved an email that my order was shipped 3 days after I placed it,
I did get an email from Joane responding to my regards
If you all read the posts and comments, you would see a lynch mob forming

I have moved my family, not a business cross country, it is a challenge to say the least
Steve is a good and relaible business man and so is his family

You WILL get your stuff, if you don't it will be refunded I am sure, that is why we have Paypal, they will resolve it, if it ever comes to that

In the meantime, MY GOD, PLEASE LEAVE THIS GUY ALONE

I said that in one of my previous posts. However, he has answered some sales related emails. He is just ignoring problems. Again, if that was the case, how about an email auto reply or a quick post here. Also, the site is still up and taking orders. I know a supplier (Katy) who had medical problems in the beginning of the year. She used an autoreply to her emails, put a notice up on her site and temporarily stopped taking orders, --- which is the way to do business and is only fair. Don't take the money if you cant deliver the goods. That way you don't get irate customers. Is that asking for too much - just a little common courtesy!
