Has there been any word yet when the Senate will be voting on the bill to ban e-cigs in New York?????

It has to be evaluated by the health committee first. They can choose to send it to the senate for a vote, amend it or reject it.

And my understanding is that the people of New York are not permitted to attend and/or speak without INVITATION.


I have a question, can't the governor of New York PLEASE assure New Yorkers that he will veto an outright adult ban ?

I really don't get it. Why are they for a ban of the e cigs. It looks like it is the first thing which really helps to quit smoking and now they want to ban it... Unbelievable!
