Chipotle.
I'll drop them an email see if there willing to give some info on them. Im sure its a closely guarded secret and dont want people to know what lies beneath the shiny wrapper.
There are very limited production facilities for batteries, even if they won't disclose what exact cell it is based on the 2500mah and "30A" rating it's most likely a re-wrapped LG HE2, HE4 or Samsung 25R, just like most of the other 2500mah "Whatever AMP rating they decide to put on it" re-wraps.

Correction: the batteries being marketed to vapors is shady business, the original and authentic manufacturers have nothing to hide, nor do they use misleading labeling or ratings.

Vaping is such a small part of what these cells are used for, in the case of power tools imagine what would happen to a company like samsung's sales if brands like dewalt, Milwaukee, bosh, makita and others found out the cell they use in their power packs was mislabeled. They have to trust the company that makes the cell they use, as the liability for a customer being injured is now on them and if that company can't back up a cells rating they will find another who can.

In the case of efest or mojo they will just crawl behind the shield of china's legal system where they really can't be touched and brush it off. Then probably start over as another " competition" brand a few months later.

I'm starting to feel like its maybe time someone starts a class action suit against these brands for false and misleading advertising

Your absolutely right about them using chinas legal system as a shield. It reminds me of the whole lead paint coatings on toys incidents that happens every so often. I have 4 year old and most toys come from china so now i have to make sure none of these toys have that paint on them. But really how does one tell for sure if they safe not like they give you a warning label on whats used in manufacturing usually takes a child getting sick before whistles are blown. Even still the company gets a slap on the wrist and goes about bussiness as usual and just uses a safer paint why not do that in the first place. Me as a parent rather pay a little more for a safe product than get a product that maybe ok for most children as long as they dont put it in there mouth. Same as the batteries probally most will be ok but some will push the limits of a misleading labeled cell and could have disastrous consequences...
