Lolol how is it guaranteed next day and comes in 3 weeks!!!!!! Lol where is is shipping from?
Maybe this will help...
FT is a large reseller in Hong Kong, China.
When it says "Ships Next Day" or X number of days... that means FT does not have the item in their warehouse ready to ship. It means they anticipate having it available the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays).
Shipped only means they have packaged your order and prepared it to leave their shipping dock... Now here's where the long shipping journey/adventure begins.
The package is picked up by a transport company and delivered to the designated air-mail carrier (China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, etc) local sorting facility in Hong Kong. This is where it's scanned and sorted by country to be delivered to. This is usually when the shipping status of "Acceptance" is assigned. This initial step can take a business day or two on average, but worst case I've seen can be weeks over certain holiday periods or "problem" incidents.
Next stop is the Hong Kong Air-Mail Center where the package first goes through Chinese Customs and then Air-Mail Security x-ray scanning/screening. This can take another day or two... or weeks if holidays or other problem incidents occur.
If your package successfully makes it this far without getting lost or returned by customs/security... batteries/e-liquids can be problematic at times. Then the package sits waiting for available space to be placed on an air-flight heading towards the destination country... in the US it would be ISC centers in Chicago, San Francisco, LA, NY, etc...
Add a day or two for the flight... but your package is on US soil and in the hands of US Customs. Until recently this had generally been a short 1-3 day processing then it moves to the USPS. ISC Chicago has been problematic recently... had a package sit there for 2 weeks recently.
Entering the USPS... delivery times vary depending on how far the package has to travel from the ISC location to your door step. Generally 2-5 business days if your local postal worker isn't busy going postal...
Hope this helps... FT sells some great gear at near wholesale pricing. Sometimes quality issues happen but their customer service will take care of issues... but expect about a month to resolve to resolve and some frustrating "communication" & cultural challenges getting things sorted out.
