I've been using a Twist and a Spinner lately and I can say that if your eyesight is less than perfect then I highly recommend the Spinner.
Both batteries work very well and I love them. However, the Twist has a dot on the battery that lines up with numbers and lines on the dial. The numbers and lines are very faint and I need good lighting to see where I'm setting the dial. Over time I might be able to do it by feel or just turn the dial until it vapes the way I want and ignore the settings on the dial. That works fine as long as you're in a setting such as your office.
The spinner is opposite and has the numbers on the battery with a big red line on the dial. That makes it easier to see when you have dim lighting, such as watching TV.
I have the Twist 900 and the Spinner 1300. They are the same length but the 1300 is a fat battery so it actually looks a little better with the T3s and Vivi Novas.
If you're still young and have good eyes then either will work for you.
