well sailed from UK and expected to see a load of people vaping away (it was on a princess ship the only one i know of with a policy on e-cigs)
found only one other vaper on board :(

i could vape anywhere except food halls and theater all the smokers were put in the usual lepper colonies

the good thing was never got chalenged once allthough i got the dirty looks from non smokers one woman even started to splutter and wave her hands in front of her face
rather sad i thought didnt bother to enlighten her
the crew i spoke to knew what they were one even asked what nic % i was using :)

overall it was a joy to sit and vape where ever i felt like it was a shame i only met one other fellow vapour but i have to say hats off to princess for knowing the difference between ciggys and e-ciggys
on the obligatory survey i recived i stated that because of the policy that they ensured my continuing custom and as time went on i dont think i would be the only one

Oh and i had a great cruise as well :):)

I always sail on Royal Caribbean and although they have not come out and said that e-cigs are OK, like Princess has, I have not had any problems using my ecig on the RCI ships, even in the non-smoking bars. A lot of the crew on RCI now knows what ecigs are, although 2 years ago when I first started using my ecig on the ships they had no clue what an ecig was LOL. But I wish more of the cruise lines would do what Princess has done. We cruise all the time, so glad you enjoyed your cruise, it's a great way to travel.
