Probably not real satisfying with the 1.5 DC they like higher voltages but you should be ok with the 2.0 Boge. Just basically keep the voltage in the range of a 3.7 mod, you'll still be able to tweak it to preference in that range.

Oh, if you like Boge, they make them in 3.0 ohm also if you're not aware. Pick up some of those and you should get a great vape out of them. They rock in the high 4s and 5ish v range.

I tell ya what, I just recently received my Tube Tank from Volcano as it was on backorder and it came with a 1.5dc Smoktech and as crazy as it may sound at 3.7 it's one of the best vapes I've had and quite honestly IMO beats the heck out of the vape I'm getting out of the 3.0 single coils from Volcano that I've tried, at least on my Lava Tube....LOL. Of course that's just me and it says waaay more about my personal vaping preferences than anything else but I just had to share that.:)

Thanks for the replies. If it matters, I am coming from using standard ego t batteries with the dual coils and boges.

I took a similiar path....I started this past May with a Joye 510-T(tank) kit then in November bumped up to the Ego-T and now Lava Tube.....it's good to get an appreciation for lesser equipment for several reasons IMO. Your going to enjoy VV as I don't know anyone who doesn't that has tried.

As expensive as it can be, I think that gradually going up the pv ladder has been a valuable learning experience. I started with a mall kit then a 510 kit then the ego then 3.7 box mods and finally to vv devices. Of course if i could start over, knowing what I know now, id go straight for the provari. But it took a long time and several devices to get to where I'm at now. I hate to think of all that I wouldn't have learned and what I would have missed if I hadn't used and enjoyed all those pvs.

I haven't smoked in a year and a half so I need to have what I need to have to stay off cigarettes. You'll enjoy your lavatube.
