First off I want to say that I got my first NET tobacco flavors today. Dragon fire and shadow. Dripped both out of the mailbox. They are awesome. Cannot wait till they steep for a bit. I'm very impressed by these juices. But i have a question.
See attached picture. Those are my bottles straight out of the mailbox, I hadn't opened them yet. I can't help but notice there is quite a bit missing. Is that normal? I think its safe to say there's at least 1-2 ml missing. Now if that's normal I'm fine with that. But it should be sold as 14ml instead of 15ml. I'm almost positive that these bottles are the standard 15ml bottles. Maybe I'm missing something? Maybe its to help the steeping?

I think I've seen posted that other companies just over-fill the bottles, and the amount you got is correct.

My bottle levels will fluctuate but not that much. I think you hit an isolated situation.

Waiting on a reply as of now. I received my order of heavenly tobacco 2 days before that order and the levels were on point. I figured maybe it had something to do with the NET flavors. But then again cinful pear was low as well. Like I said it doesn't really upset me I'm just curious.

Never heard of a 19ml bottle. I learn something new every day. So either he has new bottles, or we've all been getting 15+ of juice.

Yes. The 15ml bottle we sell actually holds about 19ml. This is why you appear to have been shorted liquid, however, you did receive 15ml of each liquid.

So now I'm really confused. Lol their 15ml bottle is identical to another vendors 15ml bottle just a different color cap. So are these bottles actually 19ml bottles and other vendors fill them all the way full to the 19ml?

Maybe I'm crazy...

Even my 6ml bottle is a bit low...so is that bottle really a 9ml bottle?

Soo.... I measured the 6ml of legend I have. I have a 1cc syringe. 1 cc is equal to 1ml. I came up with a 4.4 cc's. Now take in account for error (liquid that didn't come completely out of the bottle and syringe) so to be safe I'm going to say there was 4.7 cc's or ml's.
That's a deficit 1.3 ml's.
Now that's not a lot at all. I'm not going to measure the 15ml bottle. But I'm going to consider those are too short.
So lets say each bottle is short 1.3 ml. For the 3 bottles I ordered that's 3.9 ml altogether. Not a big deal, but that's a whole day of vape for me. Maybe more.
Soooo. I kinda have a bad taste in mouth about it. Sigh...and I really liked their juices. I'm not saying I'm not going to order them them again, I'm just going to have to think about it.
I have order juices from over 10 vendors and never had this happen.

Hasn't really ever happened with HHV either. Not sure what that's about. I'd let it roll. See what happens next time. You seem to be an isolated case. I haven't heard anyone else complaining so I don't think there is a pattern here. The same girl mixes your entire order and she might have gotten all backwards when she did it. They usually initial the packing slip. Can you see who it is?

Yea. There's an initial, but I don't want to get anyone in trouble. Lol. I PMed Adam again. As long as its not happening to other people then its cool. I'm in no way looking for reimbursment of ANY kind. I just wanted to point it out, in case it wasn't an isolated incident.
