I know someone else just wrote about them, but I felt like I needed to give my own thanks. They had a couple of deals today, both of which I wanted to take advantage of, and they had great prices on some DIY juice that I wanted to play with, especially at the price their asking!
Well I have to admit, as much as I love them, their site is probably undergoing work. However, part of my issues with ordering was complete user error (I am a new, I guess I screw up a lot). That and I had a lot of questions about some of their products, and I know this weekend must be CRAZY for them with the sales and all, but they answered me time and time again.
I actually feel like I just kept bugging them, but they kept on answering me and walking me through all of my issues as best as I could imagine.
The other poster hit the nail on the head when she said it was almost like walking into the store, except I feel like I had more communication than I would have at a retail shop!!
