Anyone ever had to send theirs back before V4L would send a replacement? I'm trying to hold off on ordering until the butterscotch juice or premium cartos come in, but I can't do without a pt!

I don't mind sending anything faulty back - I prefer it - I just didn't think they would have to receive it before sending a replacement. Of course my other option is to place an order and add it to the comments section. Effective Rationalization, eh?

They generally give ya two options....

1. Let them know in the notes field of your next order.

However, if you are like me, and order larger orders more sporadically,

2. Send Mark a PM, or better yet, give them a call on the business cards you recieved. That way they can get your replacement out to you solo.

To the best of my knowledge, they have never asked for a product to be returned before sending out a replacement.

Hope that helps!

My first manual VK PT lasted quite a while actually. It was 3 1/2 months old when it left this world without a whimper. Well, cord got really funky actually and finally gave out.

So, I ordered a new manual PT that I received on 2/15/10 and as of today this one gave up the ghost. Dead dead dead. Does not seem to be a cord issue though. Probably the switch. This was the new and improved one with the coil USB end. 4 days! RIP!

In 5 months I've lost one 801 auto, one 401 auto and 2 VK manual. I think of them as disposable as with bats and attys. 3-4 months is a good run methinks.
