Why stop cold turkey? It's so easy to gradually drop nicotine levels to 0mg/ml, then quit. I did that once. Once I was at zero, I found that I just lost interest in vaping. I was vape free for a couple of years. It was a run-in with a disposable that I bought on a whim that got me hooked again... and the disposable was a no-nic!

Completely agree. I went the wrong way about it and suffered the consequences. Dropped from having a 20mg disposable daily to nothing.

I think you should start vaping again but this time use 50mg disposables. Do that for 3 months then quit cold turkey again and document that on another video. TOFTT

I inadvertently did. I usually at the time was vaping 3 mg per milliliter so pretty low to begin with and I had some zero milligram of the same flavor same brand etc. Instead of reaching for the 3 mg apparently I reached for the zero and I used it for a couple weeks before I actually noticed my error with no noticeable ill effects at least nothing noticeable enough that I thought for a second I might be going through a nicotine withdrawal.

Might I have been a little bit more crabby than usual perhaps but nobody commented on it so either I was just an absolute terrifying dragon and he was absolutely terrified of even mentioning anything or it wasn't noticeable. And I didn't feel any physical effects.

Even when I figured out what I had done I still didn't recall anything out of the ordinary except I think I did have a headache a couple of the days when I usually do not get headaches. But it wasn't anything debilitating it was just a mild inconvenience agitation but didn't interfere with life or even require the usage of Tylenol.

Going from 20 mg down to zero cold turkey would be a whole other thing and definitely would not recommend. I could not imagine. I think because it was 3 mg to begin with it was inconsequential for me. I still to this day can use 3 mg 1.5 mg 0 mg interchangeably and I do not feel any physical effect. Not at all claiming that that's going to be how it is for everybody it's just how it is for me.

Figured I would mention the reason I even still do use 3 mg or 1.5 is a combination of because I have a bunch of juice already in that concentration and there are some flavors that I just like better with nicotine My lemonade can be zero it can be whatever My homemade stuff zero whatever doesn't matter but the one blueberry has a profoundly different taste profile to me without nicotine and I don't care for it

Thats crazy how you didn't notice. Have you always vaped 3mg or lower? Im wondering if someone started at 20mg then gradually went down to 3mg, would they then feel any withdrawals from going down to 0mg.

I started at 12 mg but it had been like 4 years that I stepped down gradually so it's not like I went from 12 to 3 and then 0 and didn't notice right away

I started at 24mg and each time I placed an order, I placed it for the next lower strength of nicotine...18, 12, 6, 3, then zero. Once I was vaping no nicotine, I just lost interest in my ecig and quit vaping, until that fateful day checking out at a truck stop, where there was a pretty display of no nic disposable vapes.
