That sounds too expensive. I don't know anything about quality. I have purchased some from Tobacco Absolute. $2 for 2ml. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to try it soon...

Ive tried it but haven't had any luck making a good tasting liquid. I did manage to make a liquid that tasted exactly like a cig but it tasted like a wet cig. I can't begin to tell you how nasty it was 
I think the key is to use it very, very sparingly just for that smoky undertone but I have to do more testing to be sure.

I got 10ml from the good place.
I ordered from one place and the liquid came all dried out and pasty. They included a bunch of free sample stuff that was also all dried out and pasty. Won't go there again.

They shipped for a few bucks to Canada and the owner answered every question promptly. They even refunded 2 bucks on the shipping when they only charged 5 bucks to being with. I've had a couple of really good experiences with this place.

I bought some from The Perfumer's Apprentice. It is very strong. Very woody dark flavor. It does not take much. I dip a pin into the liquid and it flavors at least several ml's of liquid.
What I am really looking for is Cocoa Extract. Not chocolate flavor - cocoa extract.

Took about 12 days which seems pretty standard no matter what I order from the US. I count on 10-14 days and any quicker than that I consider myself lucky.

Janty juice lists their ingredients for liquid on their website. I noticed tabacco absoulte in several juice flavors.
