Have you tried to LIGHT your e-cig?

Hey guys..

Been a lurker, just got my first e-cig. Well, just a few minutes ago i had it in my mouth and tried to light it with a lighter (by mistake). How many of you have tried to light your e-cig? Or better yet, i am curious how many people accidentally caught one on fire by trying to light it.

Hahaha.. I actually spent a few minutes looking for my lighter the morning after I got my ecig. The worst part is that I was swearing up a storm in confused frustration! hahaha. I felt so stupid when I realized what I was doing. good times!

ohhhh would it blow up??? putting a flame to your battery? Ugh...I can just imagine the smell of the led burning...

A couple times when I first started with my njoy super-mini, I'd put it between my lips and automatically go for the Bic that lived in my right front pocket before catching myself, but I've gotten past that, I think. It also took me a few days to stop automatically pocketing a lighter on my way out of the house.

I have thus far never tried to apply flame to LED. I hope I never sink that low.

Never torched it up but did have a frustrating moment once when I could not get the lighter to work in the truck and then realized - I DIDN'T NEED IT! - Duh!

When I'm doing graphics stuff with my wacom tablet, I find myself either trying to use the e-cig to draw or puffing on the stylus. Maybe I should just glue the two together.

I sometimes pull my super-mini out of my pocket and stick the LED end in my mouth before I realize the mistake. This is slightly embarassing, but not as bad as the old days when I'd light the filter end of an analog!

Which is why I got an eCigar. The feel is very different to my stylus, so I know when to use what when not paying attention.

i haven't tried to light mine yet but i did once almost try to stub it out in a street ash-tray. but it was early !

Tehehe, Lilly has done that several times and then got ...... not understanding why the damn thing won't light. Then your friend points out your trying to light the filter and you feel like an .... Good times...

I haven't tried lighting mine yet luckily... but I do have a habit of picking it up and then asking friends to pass me the ashtray...

I have only been panicked when I can't find my pack of cigs then remember I don't carry a pack only a case now. I helps that I tossed all my lighters when I quit analog a week ago.

Hmmmmmm. So if you put the wick/juice container in the END of the e-cig, and that container could be pretty much the entire length of the e-cig (like a week's worth of smoking) and carried a nice zippo around, you could gently flame the end , have a big PUFF or two.

Kinda like pipe smoking...

Geez, that's an "analog e-cig". No batteries, no atomizer coils. Lighter powered vaping
