I've had a bad week...(RANTING IN PROGRESS)....someone who will go unnamed decided that they liked me so much (family) that they were going to steal the last 6 checks I had on my TD Bank account. Thankfully enough the teller that was working on Tuesday night takes her job seriously and the signature looked off on my check that i didn't sign.

I just wanted to give TD Bank "props" :w00t: because as unhappy as i am right now and inconvenienced I am very thankful that they didn't hand my money to someone with one of my stolen checks with a bad signature.

I apologize to anyone who had to read this....I just had to get it out.

TD is actually a very good bank. They really do look out for their customers (and they take fraud claims very seriously). Glad to hear they were able to resolve this for you.

.. oh yeah.. and if you get a chance.. write a thank you email or letter to them, thanking the teller for her good work. Working at a bank is a pretty thankless job sometimes (I work for a company whose customers are financial institutions) - those folks put up with a lot of flac for not a lot of pay. :)
