This week has been really hard on me, very much hate, sickness and sorrow around me, and i was wondering if you guys and gals would pray for me and my family, so that next week will be better.

You know we will, and I'm so glad you asked! :) That's what we are here for, to encourage eachother and hold eachother up in times of trouble. Just know that He knows everything that you are going through, He knows all of it. Trust that He will work it out and in the meantime try to throw your burdens on Him and let Him carry your load. Here are some encouraging verses that always help me through an especially difficult time. I hope they will help you too.

1. Matthew 6:19-34
I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labour or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendour was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "What shall we wear?" For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

2.
John 14:1-4
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God[; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.

3. Revelation 21:4
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

4. Psalm 23
The LORD is my shepherd,
I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.
Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.

5.
Psalm 34:18
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit

6. Psalm 55:22
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you;he will never let the righteous fall.

7.
Psalm 71:20-21
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.

8.
Psalm 138:7
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me.

Oh you bring tears of joy to my eyes, you have no clue how much this means to me. May God watch over you and always be with you and keep you safe! This i true love and true support from fellow belivers. Im so happy that you took your time to pray for me.
God Bless!

It's my pleasure Topso, and I will continue to remember you in my nightly prayers. I know our other brothers and sisters will too. We all need eachother, we are a family. You are loved more then you will ever know. The father has every hair on our head counted, so trust that He knows your pain, He cares and we do too. Trust that He will work things out for you, He promises us that He will. :)

Yes i trust our Lord, but its hard to see him sometimes when everyone around you are hurting. But i think i need to step back and let God show me the way.

Yea, it really is hard. I know, trust me, I know how hard life can be. It's so easy to get overwhelmed with pain, but remember that sometimes we can't see the whole picture, just a tiny piece of the puzzle. Sometimes when one door closes and we think that God has forgotten about us, another door will open and we realize that He was there the whole time. We can't rely on ourselves because we are so limited and we can't see the future. Ask Him to give you wisdom and guidance and strength. He will, I"m sure of it. :) Remember Job and everything that he went through?

Job was a rich man who loved God and who was loved by the people in his country. Everything Job did was successful.

He had many beautiful children.
He has a big house.
He was rich.
He helped the poor.
His whole life seemed to be blessed by God.
He loved God.

But one day Satan said to God, "Job only obeys you because you give him so many things. I bet that he would hate you if you took everything away".

So God said, "Go ahead, take everything he has, but do not kill him".

Being totally evil, Satan was happy to have the chance to make the life of a good man totally miserable. He hoped that by the time he had finished his plans that God would be unhappy with the loss of a friend.

So, in one day Satan caused a big storm to come over the house of Job's children. They were gathered there for a party and all his children died.
But Job did not curse God. Instead he said, "The Lord gives and the Lord takes, blessed be the name of the Lord".

Then he caused all of Job's businesses to fail and Job became poor in one day. But Job still did not curse God. Job was very depressed. He did not understand why all these things were happening to him. Be he continued to believe in the goodness of God.

Then Job god very sick. His body was full of sores. He could not stand or sit or lie down. He was in constant pain all the time.

His wife told him to curse God and die. His friends told him that he must be a great sinner or God would not punish him like this.

But Job continued to believe that he was innocent. He decided that even if God killed him that he would still trust him.

Now that is a good friend!

Eventually the devil gave up and God gave Job more than he had lost.

I know im working on trusting. And some days i see him so clearly and im so happy and thankfull and i tell Him that all the time. But i think that he is making me a stronger person and even if im hurting He will catch me before i fall. Like you said LisaLisa He knows everything about me and He knows when to step in and lift some of my burdens. Some pains i can learn from and some can make me stronger and that He knows, well He knows everything so i just need to trust Him and keep my faith strong in Him.

You're so right and you're going to be fine, I know it. God also promised us that He will never give us more then we can deal with. Find a quiet place and go talk to Him. Tell Him everything that you are thinking and feeling. Talk to Him like he was your best friend sitting across the table having coffee with you. Just pour out your heart to Him. He will give you what you need. :)
