grats on your switch! You can do it! whenever you get that pang pick up the e-cig and vape it up, put your mind onto something else, it will get easyer. I would ask are you sure you are getting enought nic to satisfy you. I have noticed if Im distracted and not vaping with consistancy I get the pang.
Im 20 days in, smoked for 40 years at over a pack a day, the first 2 days were hard but after that and learning what I need to do get what nic I need, its been pretty good. Im using 24 mg and Ive been alternating flavors so I dont get tired of just one. I would also ask if you have found flavors that you enjoy. If you dont like the favor you probably wont vape as much as you should. Its a bit different than sitting down and smoking a whole cig at one time. I pick mine up take a few vapes and then put it down, after I eat I vape quite a few times to satisfy that after dinner crave.
