Having issues keeping my cotton u wick saturated.

Hi everyone I'm having issues keeping my cotton filled with juice. I'm currently running a bliSS genny atty witha single coil 28g A1 wire. I've done this build before but with 32g and a smaller warps and had no issue. Anyone wanna take a look and give some pointers. Wiching and attaching the coil to the legs are my biggest issue as a newb to RBAs

The first pics are of it after about 2 hits. It drys up and I get a burnt taste. This next pic is after I drip on it and saturate it.

Too much cotton in the wick holes will obstruct the juice flow. Also remember to tilt. Consider trying a mesh wick.

I always used a vertical coil in my Gennys.

Thanks for the advice guys. I've tried mesh and always get a funky taste in my mouth lol. But I think I found the issue. I rewicked and I still had problems. Well I then relieized I took out the extra positive post to fill the tank. I put that bad boy back in and haven't had in issue. I think with it out there wasn't enough of a vacuum
