Having issues with credits, orders and contacting you guys.

Hi there,

I have tried to put the order for the following through:
3 x 510 Cartomizer-$0.8/each1 x LiFeP04-16340-one pair2 x 3x 510 Atomiser - Bulk @ $5.90 pc - Black
I checked the box to use my credits you credited back to my account for the incorrect order I made of 9x EM4 attys.
But the order failed when going to the paypal page.
On the eastmall site the order was listed and awaiting paypal confirmation.
I checked today and the order has now been removed along with my credits?

If the credits were still there I would simply just re-order and use the credits. But now I would have to pay the full amount?
Do you know where my credits have gone?

to resolve this issue ------

your order number in the subject line

your real name and your forum name


explain the issue to him -------

and I am sure he will try to help you

he is a nice guy, ask nice --

Yes, if the order did not complete and authenticate, then it is gone, and the points were used in the order so they are gone from your account with the failed order.

you will have to ask for assistance to reinstate the points so you can order again and use them.

Talk to Rick, customer service.
