Hi all! This might be long so sit down (lol). Ok, so my husband and I are still pretty new at vaping. We started out with a starter kit from Vapor4Life and liked them alright. Then on a work trip out of state we stopped at a little vape shop to see what it was like. They sell Smokeless Image stuff. We tried some flavors and the cartos fit on our V4L batteries so I bought some. (The SI flavors are WAY better than V4L! But that's another story.) Well the next time I passed through there I bought a Mega PCC from the store, thinking that because the cartos fit on my batteries that it would charge my batteries just fine. Well it doesn't. Silly rookie mistake, I guess. Well when I bought the PCC the rainbow manual battery I ordered from SI was on it's way. It arrived and vapes great, but I can't seem to get it to charge on the PCC. I made sure the case was charged, my manual battery was low, and all the threads are clean. When I hold the button on the case down to charge, it blinks the "no battery" light then goes off entirely. Sometimes it will show some status bars for a second and the LED on my battery lights solid, then nothing. The LED flashes like it's low and I'm back to the beginning. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!!

I'm a SI fan myself and really like there products. I have to admit tho I had the same issue you are having. Best bet is to contact SI thro there website and explain what is going on. They may direct you back tot he place you bought it or may replace it for you if you have the receipt as they offer a 3 month when you buy thro there site. Sounds liek a faulty PCC sadly enough. Myself I ordered one right thro there site and after hand had the issue. I simply have to send it back to them and they are going to replace it for me as it is in the 3 month warranty period. Hopefully they can help ya out, they are usally really good with there CS but that is in regards to the website buyers.

Gently lifting the center terminal of your batt might help. My rainbow auto doesn't make good contact with one of my USB dongles, so everytime it needs to be charged, I'm looking for a tool to lift that center post. I broke the eye off a needle the other day, trying to lift that sucker just a bit.
I lifted the battery post a bit with a paperclip. When I tried to charge it, the charging bar came on for two seconds then flashed the "no battery" light. Dang 
Yes. Sometimes the status light on the case changes from "no battery" to "charging" and then back again, and sometimes it doesn't recognize the battery at all.
ok well you can let CS know and we will honor the warranty... or you can exchange it at the store you purchased it from
