I think OP is confused about ohms law safety with a regulated mod. OP, what batteries are you using? That will determine what wattage you can safely set on your mod.

As for those coils, are you using two at once? That would account for the stated resistance of 0.35ohm being halved to 0.25ohm, depending on how much leg length you trimmed. If not, then one or more of the wraps might be contacting your post. As for determine safe wattage, that the amp rating of your battery, and multiply by three, that will give you a "safe" limit to set your mind to. On a regulated mod, the resistance of the coil doesn't matter to the ohms law, as the chip handles that, and will TRY to keep you from stressing your batteries as best it can.
