i tried making some DIY liquids but they dont seem to make enough vapor to enjoy. i use new cartos for each flavor, and i even tried using a cleaned out carto but still not enough vapor.

my mix was a 50/50 pg/vg base mixed with 100% pg 48 mg nic juice(mixed 50/50 so it would be a 25/75 vg/pg with 24 mg nic). from there i added 20% flavor (did 8 drops then 2 flavor untill i had a couple ML) i let the liquids sit too, helped flavor but not amount of vapor.

what can i do to make more vapor?

do you include the flavouring as part of your final mix ratio? what size did you make? my suggestion would be to add a little bit more Vg and possibly MTS vape wizard. I mix up mostly 5ml batches: 2.5ml 50mg pg, 1.5ml vg, 20 drops (approx 1ml) flavouring and 1 drop of mts vape wizard for each ml of juice........seems to work for me. hope this helps :)

You can always buy vg at walmart I believe it's labeled as humco and it's in the first aid dpt there, it's like 3 bucks for 200 ml and it's usp grade and produces a ton of flavor, or you can always go to the proctor and gamble chemicals website and request a free sample, they ended up sending me a gallon of their kosher usp grade vg for free.

Doesn't sound like your problem is with the juice. Have you tried dripping. I test all of my juices by dripping. I mix my juice a bit stronger that I think I will need to then drip a few drops. From there it is easy to make an adjustment. I know exactly what I am getting the without having the vagaries of a cartomizer. Well actually now I usually drip with CE2s because that's what I vape with but it's still a drop or two at a time directly on the coil.

i tried dripping, it helped a little but not really ideal for when im not at home. what attys and cartos work well with 3.6v mods?
I'm using mostly homebuilt 3.6 box mods and have found I really like the CE2 V4 clearomizers in regular size. Got some to try from madvapes (2.8-3.0 ohms) and they worked well for me. At home I load a 3ml sryringe with my liquid and just shoot it full every few hours. The syringe lasts a day or so and it's easy to draw another 3 ml. For a day away or at work 4 or 5 filled will cover me. You have to pull them apart and clean them then waste a few puffs to clear the gunk taste at first (primer), but then you're golden. Taste great and with a syringe it's like two seconds to refill and keep puffing. Good luck in finding your combo.

I was only suggesting dripping for trying out flavors if you are mixing your own. You will have to experiment to find what works for you but as mrkipp said 2.8 ohms is a good place to start.
