Hcigar Caravela button magnets

What is the advantage to installng the aftermarket magnets in the hcigar caravela? I've seen them for sale and have only read that they make the unit better. How do they make the unit better? My new hcigar Caravela doesn't wobble on its spring button when set down, nor does it tilt. Does it make the button function better? If so, how?

As they say.... if aint broken don't fix it.
I like magnetic designs because usually the mechanism is quieter and smoother (no squeaky spring), stressing the "usually" part. But everything is in the design, if yours work great leave it as it is.

I agree. I had read that some had trouble with theirs when I ordered mine. I almost ordered magnets at the same time but decided to what and see. Am glad I did because my switch is as smooth as it can be.

I actually ordered them, mostly so I could see if there would be a noticeable difference.

There is. The push is mushy with the spring, not so (at all) with the magnets. It also seems to shorten the throw. Overall, the magents make for a much smoother button push.
