So when cleaning my contacts today I accidentally switched the silver plated pins around so the pin with the circular indent is at the top of the mod and the flat pin is in the switch..
Previously this was reversed and the throw seemed pretty long, and even with magnets it wasnt the smoothest button. But now, the throw distance is reduced dramatically just by switching the pins around.
I dont know if this is common knowledge to shorten the throw but I just found it myself and thought I should share. Im using flat top batteries.
