Peerless arrived today, I like it!

I was seriously pondering the Mulciber, a sweet single coil BF dripper from Tiberian Vapor the $30 gouge for shipping to Canada steered me away quite quickly.... I'll wait for the clone.

Late to the party. Is t me or is the 510 on this mod extremely shallow?

There's a 2mm gap on most atties I own: hadalay, O atty, o-16, narda etc

Lastly, I'm pretty new to this. Apart from setting in my own TCR for 316 SS, any recommendations on setting up the escribe?

It might be the head of 510 bf pin on NarDa is a bit thick or long. The bf 510 pin on my NarDa extrudes out of bottom more than all my RDAs.
Its not unusual to have RDA to fit differently from mod to mod.
How does the maze that came with inbox fit?
Its just cosmetic and shouldn't effect performance.
There are heat sinks or cooling fins that act like washers.
Below is just example but they are sold in multi packs and different sizes.
$1.77 Iwodevape 510 Heat Dissipation Heat Sink for Atomizers - authentic / stainless steel / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The heat sinks are great but you can't squonk through them... ;)

The 510 pin is quite stiff on the Inbox and I was concerned with RDAs not sitting flush. Also didn't want to screw them down too tight and wreck something. I believe the 510 loosens up with use but can't tell you how much travel it actually has.

Yeah that's what I figured. I could continue cranking the atties down, but I'm not comfortable with that. All my atties fire perfectly fine so I guess I could sorta live with it. I'll prolly just end up putting a 22mm atty on t just to hide me gap.

Now I just gotta get escribe to work on my macs.

My hadaly threads all the way down, could be crushing something but Idk.
Mine does too, every rda i've tried on it screws down flush, although if i remember right,i think the first time it was pretty stiff going down, but they all screw down nicely now.

My inbox will be coming in today's mail, should be before noon.Looking forward to my first VW bottom feeder.
Ive tried TC once using eleaf mods and titanium grade 1 wire but nothing but problems.Coil would flame up dry or melt in half on lowest setting.
If I try TC again which material is the most user friendly?
I haven't updated my eleaf mods since then and only use kanthal but since I'll have a DNA chip now I think I'll give TC another try.
Any suggestions on what type of wire to get ?

The easiest would be SS316L, it can be run in power as well as TC.
I think the Inbox has a wire profile already for SS316L. I loaded my default DNA settings when I first turned it on, so I don't remember the stock wire types.

I too would recommend SS316L, It is what I run in mine.

It took me forever to get it to work, it turns out on the one that I had, the default profile was wrong, I had to update the SS316L Profile with the numbers that can be found on Steam Engine. Once I did that and lock my ohms (don't forget this) it has worked beautifully.

I never lock the resistance on any of my DNA mods, when you do that it disables the chips refinement system.

The proper CSV file for the wire you use, not all SS316L is created equal. I run the Jaquith UD SS316L Version 4 from the Evolv Forums, it runs a little warmer than regular SS316L.

Connections have to be solid, cold resistance has to be set and you should be good to go. I run my 26g & 24g TC builds at 60W/460F
