Does it leak around the pin? I have heard from a few with the Therion squonker and they had issues with leakage, maybe down to it being an after thought getting converted to squonking.

Not for me, I've actually taken it apart bc I was curious about it, and it's a really well thought out design. Like better than some really high end squonkers I've owned and gotten rid of. Just like any squonk pin It's possible if the negative part of your 510 was really long it could push all the way down and unseat the seal in there, then you'd have to reseat the seal. Most squonk atty's have a short/medium one though so I've no issues with the ones I use (narda/hadaly).

They made it so you can just remove the 3 screws to pull it out for maintenance, which is nice. The therion might not of been originally designed for squonking but imo the design of the squonk system is still better than the inbox and much easier to clean, the bottle is in a really good position too. Imo, anyways, not everyone is the same, but I can tell you that it's what I'm comfortable using outside the house every day.

I decided to get a Therion instead of another inbox,only because i don't need 2 of the same mod.My Therion will be here early next week,but i will probably be just the opposite of you,and keep the therion at home since it's quite a bit more expensive,that's what i do with my Halcyon as well,it doesn't leave the house haha,but my inbox has became my go everywhere mod.

I tested it with a stock one, with the copper plug in I got .011 ohms. you don't need a csv for changing the internal resistance.

Inbox arrived, tuned it up with eScribe and put a simple dual SS316L 24g 7/6 wrap build on the Maze. Not a bad RDA, decent flavor and I like that deep juice well. I'll need an Ultem DT to mach that top cap though. So far I'm really liking the inbox.

Where did you get it btw? I noticed they're only going for around $100 now on certain sites. I used up my points on element and got my gf a yellow one the other day, it ended up being like $92 something.

Yeah,the battery life does kinda suck in the Halcyon haha.I have a spare battery for it,but i wouldn't want to carry a spare lipo out and about with me.
I got the Therion at Element,cost me $109,i seen places still selling it close to $150,so i jumped at the one at Element.They were out of the one i wanted with the black elephant door,so got the red door,then ordered a door with the red ostrich and the black elephant,so i'm still right at about $150 with it,but i can change the door color any time the mood comes around haha.

Isn't it a 3s LiPo? 900mAh listed is 2700mAh. Still not enough for a 200w mod but, way more than 18350.

I found the doors at a few different places.I got 1 from Gearbest for like $16,and found the other on ebay for $18.

I think it's a little less $100 on ft, with map code ofc. Only know that bc I checked like a week ago. Still not enough difference to keep me from ordering from element even without the points I had saved up.

Do they have a cf door for the squonk version? I have not been able to find one but I know they have them bc i have this cf door I use on my regular therion

I got my gf the yellow, it's what she wanted. On mine I have the marbled? Leather I think? All I know is it matched the wood. Been looking for a cf door for a while though.

On my dna167 therion I got one of the aparently rare carbon fiber instead of wood panel and I found a cf door for it. My gf loves it since it's a small dna166 so she's been bogarting it. Idk even where it is rn. Out of the both of us she's the real squonker so I got her the BF therion. She's got a dna40 e8 and a sva, and some really old reos, nothing that does proper TC though.

Oh ok,i didn't know about the code,but yeah for just a small bit more,definitely worth getting from Element since it comes a lot faster.I paid the extra $7 for priority shipping,but even with the free shipping,it would still be in hand a lot faster than ft.
On the doors for the bf version,all i have seen is several different leathers,and then the black and i think pearl coffee that look to be something like mesh or something,not sure what it is,but now i want a carbon fiber one,i love carbon fiber haha.I have some carbon fiber looking vinyl that is textured to feel like the real thing,i may have to buy another door now,and strip the leather off and install the cf vinyl.

Yeah I thought about doing the same thing, you can actually get real cf that's like, thin without any gloss, only these doors are kinda spendy, let me know how it turns out if you do

That's how the vinyl i have is,no gloss and textured,so it's hard to tell it's not the real thing,but a lot cheaper.
I think i'm going to use some on the wood doors i got for the inbox too,as they don't really look like wood as i was hoping they would,they look more like the stuff clip boards are made of,so definitely thinking of experimenting on those.

Just received my VT inbox (Rainbow) from FT for my B-day, and actually liking this mod with the Maze Atty. Though the 510 pin is spring loaded, it does not seem to be high enough to make contact with the Stumpy atty. Seems to be flush with the Halady and Maze, but can't use the Stumpy with this mod.
Anyone know how to raise up the 510 so that it can make contact with the Stumpy atty?

My Stumpy works with the inbox. I have a thicker 510 screw on it that I drilled a hole through for bottom feeding.

A wafer head screw does the job perfectly and is quite easy to bore a hole through the center.

Got my Cthulhu Gaia RDTA in the other day and I have to say it has been a real treat to use in squonking mode. Just one long squonk to fill up the tank, and I can vape for a while before having to squonk again. That’s a major plus for arthritic hands.

Flavor has been very good, and it’s very easy to build and wick. Granted, it would have been nice to have larger wick holes, but getting the cotton through is not too bad. Very nice build quality throughout, and the ultim top cap stays nice and cool.

Only downside has been the sound. When I adjust it the way I like (bottom airflow a bit more than half closed, and just a sliver for side airflow) it’s rather noisy.

Also works well on the DB160 but there is an overhang at the front. It does not sit flush on either the VTBox or the DB, but zero problems with leakage.

Got it right from Cthulhu when they were offering it at half-price (about $20 shipped). Going to pick up another in black when it’s available from a US seller.

The Steam Crave V-RDA arrived and now has a new home on the Inbox. Top air, no whistle, great flavor and will not pour out the air holes if you over squonk.

Just got a SXK Hadaly clone from FastTech, really liking it. I can put a build in it that has great flavor and decent vapor production without draining the Batt in my Inbox too fast. I see what all the hoopla was about now.
