Yeah there stuff is a Lil pricey but I've never had a pack go bad from them and I have a quite a few . And on top of the quality they have lifetime replacement so it kinda evens out.
As for the hcigar ones I been looking and seen them for 20 retail just no release date. Until I can get one I'm gonna keep looking.

Lifetime warranty not what you think. Example: List price of battery is 64.99 and you may pay 45 bucks for it. Keep that List price in mind as you read their warranty:
Lifetime Warranty
During the first year of ownership, MaxAmps will replace any defective LiPo or LiFe battery at no cost. After one year, any defective MaxAmps LiPo or LiFe battery can be exchanged for just 50% of the new pack's list price. Our lifetime warranty is non-transferrable. You must be the original owner to receive warranty coverage.

So I was pretty close on the battery size I had to use a tape measure and convert to inches. Was thinking we can get rid of the notches inside the case that hold the battery and maybe fit a larger one. Thanks for the upload with better measurements.
I was checking out fully max Batts last night and they do custom cells also. Not sure how many u have to buy to get them to make a custom pack.

Yeah I know all about max amps. I have quite a few of there lipos for my rc cars and trucks. Thing with them is the 1yr replacement . No many offer this kind of warranty. That being said I've never had 1 of their packs go bad and I have had them for a couple years.
They couldn't help with the custom pack of that size anyway. Biggest they could make for that dimensions was 1000 mah. So I'm still looking.
Fully max on the other hand makes there own cells and do custom packs. They will even sell you cells to build ur own .
I'dk still looking but at this point I might as well wait the couple weeks and buy hcigar packs for 19.99 . Vapenw.com has them listed but not a release date.

Great information. Thanks Kraze for posting the dimensions of the battery. I have had my vt200 for about a week now. Prior to adjusting the battery in escript, my battery life was horrible. Changing the watt hours from 9 to 14.3 has made the a world of difference. I had a vapor shark dna 200 and sold it on ebay 3 days ago after I got the VT200. I literally get almost double the battery life from the VT200 compared to the VS. The build quality and the fell in the hand is great. I have thought about a larger mah lipo, however I am completely satisfied with this device. When I leave for work and return home 10 hrs later, I still have battery left (I do not vape all day at work, but do vape). On my off day, vaping about 25 mls of juice in my crown tank in temp control (6 hrs), I do need to put the device on the charger. The temp control with this chip is amazing. I have the preheat set to 85 watts, 500 F, and 75 watts. I am now selling on ebay, my snow wolf, sig 150, and evic VT. After the coil reaches the desired temp there is now "ramp down" on your vape like with the other devices. The only thing I would like on the VT200 is a magnetic door or clips to have access to the battery on the fly just in case to change it out on the fly with an extra battery.

I was also think about making the battery side of the case magnetic . If u drill out the screw holes and fit magnets in there place it might work. U might also have drill out the inner nuts and put another magnet there too but I think it will work .

Can the dna 200 run on a 2s battery? If so I wouldn't mind grabbing one. I barely ever go above 80watts on any of my devices. I only hit 80 when I'm pushing the crown coils or showing off with tfv4 fog machine. Sign me up I'll take 1 maybe 2 if they perform better than what's inside now

Yes it can. Not sure bout wireing. Ill try to double check with 34mm deep (original have 30.5mm - its really close). It looks like theres some space backup in back of body (that dimmention).

1850mAh 133W? Hell yeah!

Thanks cimon, that answers my question....the extra headroom is not usable unless you significantly modified the enclosure.

The battery pack is one of a kind and truly custom, finding another one with the exact dimensions is HIGHLY unlikely.

So it's 67.5 (L) X 30.1 (W) X 20.6 (D/thickness)

Thats correct and It can be hard to find some (easygoing replacement) ..BUT im right in the middle of ''very interesting conversation/idea'' with my mate. Stay tuned!

EDIT:

Its HIGHLY possible that we can fit this as a backup LiPo.

Hey guys, so i just picked up a vt200 and was really excited to try out the SS tc with the Uwell Crown .25 coils. So I went on steam engine and popped up the 316L wire and put the resistance to 0.3 on the website then downloaded the csv file to my pc. Then from there i uploaded the csv file to one of my profiles on the vt200. So I'm trying to vape now with that profile and it hits temp protection so quick it's killing the vape. Is there something I am doing wrong? DNA noob here guys...

Also this problem isn't limited to the ss coil. I put a Ni200 coil on the vt200 and it also hits temperature protection with a second or two. There's gotta be something simple i am missing...

Though that's not more battery power than the current 3s 1300 mAh battery.

It's supposed to flash "Temperature protected" on every atomizer i use? With the ni200 coil i get a much better vape on my sig 150tc
Only with a temp control wire. For me I use crown ni200 coils at 50 watts and 500 f . When I hit the fire button the mod gives the coil the full 50 watts . Once the coil reaches the 500 degrees temp protection kicks in to regulate the wattage to keep my coil at 500 f. Temp control is just a way to regulate the temp of your coil.
Make sure when u are using tc to lock the ohms of ur tank or rda. And once you set ur watts and temp you are good to go.

I been using both sig 150 tc and vt200. On the sig I run about 40 to 50 j at 400 450 f . On the vt200 I run 50 to 60 watts and 500 to 520 f . The ni200 coils in the crown tank are double coils so it takes a Lil more to really get them going.
