Sorry to hear it. Your vendor should swap it out without issue, you can contact manufacturer directly should it be necessary. If they fail you Evolv warrants the board for a year, but I think you'll need to do the replacement yourself with the Evolv option. My Hcigar VT200 Failed yesterday after two weeks of use, up until the failure I was very happy with the device.
I did try that Escribe does not even detect the VT200, windows does not detect the device has been connected with the usb.I don't think that your VT200 is dead. Try to revive it with EScribe![]()

Did ya try manually updating firmware?
Connect device, start EScribe and then click
Tools/Update Firmware
As I have said before the software does not see the device, and if the software does not see the device how can you update it?

Contact you vendor, they should not have any problem replacing it for you.Mine won't respond to anything. I've tried using Escibe and its not being recognized at all. Just completely dead.
Quite a few, yet a small percentage of the earlier boards failed due to a blown fuse at the main power connector from battery + pad, but in these instances the board would usually light up screen (but not vape) and connect to Escribe when a usb cable was connected. Also heard of a few screens dimming out & failing.Sounds like chip. If so.. that will be first example of DNA200 fail ive heard.
Do you think it's lasting longer than stock batteryWell after ordering a bunch of battery of hobbyking i can safely say that its imposible to have a 1300mah battery that small!
i found a nice high C battery that tightly fit in the case .. some propblem fiting it with the xt30 connector .. had to remove battery wrap.
