Just checked. It has it listed as:
-Adjusting brass center pin (spring loaded 510 connector)
Good to see corrective alternatives in the female 510 connector. I was worried you guys would have problems. Will make a purchase closer to Christmas time. Great info on the escribe.
It was a the threaded brass looking connector on the VT40 that was my issue. The new Atlantis v2 over headed I just recieved and attached became hot. The VT40 female threads then began melting and coming apart on my new device. Chunks of aluminum came out as I cooled and removed the atty. Blew me away with the results. The VT40 was 1.5 weeks old. I returned it and was given store credit.
That's what I thought, however it worked later on my istick 50 . The threads on the VT40 should never fall apart if they were solid brass,and they weren't. It was coated. The actual threads were aluminum after I checked. That's why I didn't get the VT200 when it first came out. I did like the c- type body though. And the feel of the he device. Good to hear no one's had any issues with the threads. Thanks

Never see a problem with the brass they use, now confirmed to be as strong as ss 304
Just tell it to someone who was crying over Brass 510 in begining of disscusion. Is it good that HC fixed it? Hell yeah but I think they r bit to sensitive for public opinions. Most of crying peeps DIDINT even hold any VT series box in hand before. <life>
Me personaly? NO ISSUES with Brass so far.
Going back to great HC response. People ask for 2*18650 version and once again.. HC have big ears!
Ive just hear a "rumor" that theres two 2*18650 VT200 PROTOTYPES allready. <cross fingers 4 happy end>
Hihi...I'm a new user for VT200 and would to ask a few questions on battery charging..My current laptop have limited usb port so have to think of other options..
Could i use a powerbank to charge?
Could i use this wall plug charger?
I'm a noob in electrical so need some guidance from the seniors..

It's a little blurry. Any phone charger that has a 5v and 1amp output will work just fine. That looks like what you pictured. I use my cell phone charger.
