I don't know the laws in your country but if I buy something here and the vendor gives me warranty then they make a commitment. No matter what happens, they have to fulfil that. If they won't I can sue them
It's the same here...however, what I'm trying to explain is that there aren't very many vendors that are willing to issue you a warranty "in stone"...unless they have no intention of selling it for less than $169.
You're not gonna get a warranty from a vendor that intends on selling it for less cuz they'd be shooting themselves in the head. They'd just blame hcigar for not honoring your warranty (sold for less).
....and you will not have Hcigar's 1 year warranty.....you'll only have the vendor's warranty of 14 days.
