Aside from changing from one preset to another and adjusting temp or watts, can you make any other adjustments on the mod itself?

I'd like to adjust the watts on a temp profile but I'm at work without a computer.

Just got this vt75 today.

Nice!

Lock the VT75 then hold up and down at the same time to adjust power in that profile.
Holding fire and up/down while it's locked will allow you to change material as well.

Click Power 5 times (You can change the clicks in eScribe, I have mine set for 3) to Lock Mode, then press both Up and Down buttons together for a few seconds. Adjust the power and click Power 5 times to go back to vaping mode. You can also lock or unlock the ohm by pressing together Power and Up in Lock Mode. Or go to Stealth mode by pressing Power and Down together in Lock Mode.

And.... I forgot about the top ring unscrewing with the tank. First time taking the tank off and the ring came with it. Fortunately it wasn't real tight and I got it off without too much hassle but I don't remember which side was up. I think it was the shiny side? I'm thinking a bit of low strength thread lock is in order here.

I have the little holes up on mine and I have been pondering drilling them right through. If it ever does get stuck, a pair of grip ring pliers or even tweezers will assist in easy removal.

I was thinking about drilling it while it is off myself. I got mine off the assistance of a rubber band to protect and grip the threads and a pair of channel lock pliers at work.

Maybe that's why they include that beauty ring? Keeps tanks that are the size of the threaded ring or smaller from getting bound up?

It would just really suck to be out and about and need to swap tanks and have the ring come with the tank and no tools to get it off with.

Thinking about it... I think I'm going to drill the holes through and then install the ring and put a couple tiny spots of wicking thread lock on. That should hold it, yet be removable if needed.

IMO, it should have been made with left hand threads to avoid the issue.

Been using this mod for a few days now. I did the fix I posted above and so far no issues. I like it. It may be a bit heavy for a single battery mod, definitely more so than the SMY 75 but with a 4400 mAh 26650 battery in it, I can get the majority of a days vaping on it. That's with dual stainless 316 braided coils at .3 ohms and 40 watts so I'm pretty happy with that.

I actually like the weight of it. Feels like a tank compared to the cheap Sigelei Spark it replaced. Im tempted to get a couple green Efest 26650s finally too so I can see how long I can go in between batteries at .8 ohms and 20 watts.

Oh, don't get me wrong.. I don't mind the weight myself. Just wanted to point out it's on the heavy side for a single battery mod. It's no iStick Pico or SMY sDNA 75. Ya gotta have room for that big ol battery in there too!

I have the AWT yellow 4400 mAh batteries and so far they seem pretty good. I can get a work day easyout of one, and really most of the rest of the day, and that's on a .3 ohm dual 316 stainless braid build at 40 to 45 watts in my Griffin 25.

I'm using a green Efest, and at 450F 30W on a dual 316L build coming in at 0.5 ohm, I can get well over a day of use, going through about 5 to 7 ml of juice a day.

Oh man I wish my juice consumption was that low! My Kayfun 5 will suck down almost 15ml a day. I bought it cause I was tired of dripping all day long but man it eats up twice the juice I would go through in my Derringer at the same power.

Any idea why my battery indicator flashes at 3 1/4 of the way full?

What is the battery and what kind of build are you running?
Do you have a profile loaded for the battery or run the analyzer on it?
Have you installed the latest firmware?
