Been vaping over a month now...closer to two. But about a month with my EGO, used the mall kind before . Anyway, a few nights ago, I started having migraines. I am prone to vascular headaches as I am in remission from clusterheadaches... but these headaches are like migraines. Have been headache free quite a while now though. I was smoking a pack of basic lights before I started vaping. I have started vaping alot at night and have been using 24mg. I noticed my jaws felt alittle clenched when i went to bed after vaping alot.. Could it be the 24 is too high or could I be allergic to the PG? If it is that the nicotene is too high, can i just get the doubler from TV and reduced it to 18mg? Nighthawk, God bless her, sent me some 24 mg TV and also a bottle of VG .So I can buy the TV doubler and reduce it to 18 mg and if that doesnt work, try smoking just the VG. Has anyone had this happen with the headaches? If so, please give me some suggestions on what to do. Thanks.

Not an absolute, but compare the nic levels in your previous smokes to that of the e-cigs. That may be an answer itself. The allergy is possible, but as you know, only specific tests will confirm that for you. I'd change down the nic levels first. I'm sure you have access to facilities for testing. That'd be option two.

really praying it is not the PG....There are too many eliquids i love that are only in PG. Can I reduce the nicotene in my eliquids? I know I can with the ones from TV. But what about the ones I have from Ms. T. Thanks for all the help. I knew that vaping was doing it and I hope it is just from the nicotene level. GOing down from 24 to 18 to start.

You can madscientist just about anything. Your best resource though is the vendor. While we can all regale you with our personal experiences, none of that will be as vital or as germane to your situation as contacting each of those vendors for direct support. The easy answer is yes, you can, but the steps involved and whether it's worth it to you will be best answered by the experts. Good thing is, they're on this forum in their own sections too! :D

*edit*
I do find some e-juice makes me feel crappier than others, regardless of mixtuer/nic content
