I like a variety of tobacco flavors- but as a smoker I liked a variety of brands for a change of taste as well. Capuccino is good too, but I am a coffee addict so yeah, coffee is good. My pick of suppliers is StrictlyEJuice, good service, reasonably fast shipping given where they are and where I am and, I like thier blends.

Actually I agree with the probability that it's the nic lvl. Both my husband and I have reactions to VG and they are almost instantaneous and also go away almost immediately after we stop the VG ( I won't go into detail but rest assured these side effects are uncomfortable.

HOWEVER on the nicotine thing. I started at 36mg nic when I started 64 (almost?) days ago... about 3 weeks into vaping I started getting headaches when I vaped Dizzying headaches I couldn't even stand up very well with em. Dropped my nic lvl to 24 mgs and they went away... this time around 2 weeks later I was getting headaches again... and it kept going like this... I'm down to 6-9 mgs of nic now (for the past 2 days) and no more headaches. It did take around 2 to three weeks to start getting headaches with each decrease! The most startling thing about that was... I never intended to reduce my nicotine intake... just wanted to eliminate analogs seems my body had a different idea.

lol, this is also what i'm afraid of. I like having this habit, and if my body wants to go that low on nicotine I may try another hobby. Strangely I get headaches with VG. I'm only one week into vaping so I don't have to many liquids to experiment, I got 24mgVG and 18mg (80%PG+20%VG). I'm almost sure that VG gives me headaches. As a smoker I smoked the strongest cigs I could find, I don't believe 24mg would give me such headaches. For now it looks like a bit of struggle to find the right combination. I also think that a lot of symptoms when switching to vaping are caused by body starting to heal.

I agree with 5card stud, when I first started with just a regular green smoke and their carts, I never had a headache, but as soon as I started buying juices and exploring pg and vg the headaches began. And I am still getting them. One is starting right now. So I am pretty sure it has to do with the different levels of pg or vg in the juice, but I have not figured out how to stop it yet. I know all this seems confusing, but at least u know there is a reason, and u are not alone. Good luck!!

Also keep in mind that you are eliminating about 5000 chemicals from your body that you've had on a daily basis for however longed you smoked. Without a doubt your body will let you know it's not happy about it. I got headaches for the first couple of weeks when I started vaping. Kept up with the water, ate a few aspirins, and they went away. Just like quitting caffine, I got some monseter headaches when I quit drinking soda. After a week or so, they were gone. I'm not saying it isn't the PG or VG or different nic Mgs, but I was a pad smoker for 25 years and I live on 24mg juice without a problem. I know everyone is different, but you may want to ride it out for a while before you go changing everything. :2c:

My theory is that the vapor residue hangs on the membranes around a bit longer than smoke did and continues to release a bit more nicotine. The nicotine seems to build up. I know it is possible to over-nic oneself on a lower level juice that doesn't say "stop!". I have done it. I am a person who never in my whole life got headaches. So when I get that right temple headache after vaping a lot I know exactly what it is. It's too much nic. Nic is a vasoconstrictor and that can cause headaches. It can also mess with your blood pressure and cause rapid or irregular heartbeat.

I did lower my nic level because I want to be able to vape as much as I want or need and not get the over-nicced symptoms. I still over-nic myself sometimes. Just not as often.

Why are you vaping 100% VG? I guess you know that dulls the flavor and TH?

Im my case i started with 16mg/ml with vertical coil cartos and wasn't getting enough nicotine, but after a while i bought 24mg/ml juices and was fine until the moment i tried horizontal coil cartos, no tanks, no vertical coils, no dual vertical coils, only the horizontal ones made me had headaches everyday, then ordered 18mg/ml juice and problem solved, it was a nicotine problem.

Probably on the horizontal coil cartos, i get more vapor and more temperature so the body assimilates more nicotine from the same juice.:vapor:

my two scents ...err... cents:

I've only recently started vaping but i did notice a couple of other variables possibly contributing to my headaches.
1) I work at the computer or even watch tv for longer periods without a break to go outside and smoke.
2) My vision changes ever so slightly when i smoke so perhaps there's an eye strain component to adjust to.
3) My nasal passages are getting more of a workout than they have in years, almost to the point of mild pain.

I'll say it because I don't think anyone else has (if so I apologize).

but the headaches could be sinus related. One poster already mentioned the dehydration, but I'll drink a gallon of water a day and still feel dehydrated and headachie.

Sinus' don't need to be runny or infected but can get very inflamed, irritated and dried out. Pg will suck the moisture out of your nose everytime you blow out.

My sinus were so dried out the pain was extreme, with pressure and pain in behind my eyebrows, between my nose, cheeks, even teeth sometimes.

Sinus is especially painful in the morning because you are newly upright and inflammation or block is keeping the fluid in instead of out and because you may have been sleeping in a dry room. Also, another difference is if it hurts to touch your face where the pain is or your eyes feel dry.

Another good way to tell is if a hot shower, breathing steam, drinking hot liquids will relieve the problem.

At any rate, the solution is more moisture up and in your sinus', but a doctor will be able to tell you for sure. I don't know, something to consider anyway.

You can read all about sinus here -

Sinusitis - Symptoms, Treatment and Prevention

By the way, anyone know the mix ratio on DeKang juices?
