Ditto here, got rid of headaches by not chain-vaping 18-24. Picked up a 6 and its working great, with the higher test reserved for "I want a cig". Also started drinking a ton of water. (FYI the '64 oz daily' is a myth, or at least taken out of context. The study said that you'll get most of that water naturally in food.. That aside, vaping is SUPER dehydrating, so it is one place where 64oz really means 64oz. I'm still ramping up, about 1.5L a day and occasional dehydration.)

If you don't normally drink water, it'll probably taste bad when you don't need it and good when you do.. (Assuming it isn't terrible water of course. I can't vouch for the weird brown gloop that came out of the faucet at the greyhound station..)

Just my opinion, but when I initially began vaping ejuice I could not feel the nicotine in my system, until it was too late & the headache set in. I did not realize how much of a learning curve this all took, plus I was craving cigarettes & that's where my mindset was.

My best advice to anyone is to take it slow & listen to your body. Now, each morning when I take my first few vapes I can feel the nicotine in my system...but it took a while. Ejuice nicotine is such a clean delivery system, its easy to think that its not working or that you need more, more, more.
