I heard this story on the news and wanted to show it around. It looks like the FAA may end up taking a stand on vaping in the near future.

Man jailed for tossing peanuts, pretzels on flight - KansasCity.com
Pogos Paul Sefilian Jailed For Throwing Peanuts, Pretzels On Southwest Airlines Flight

Both stories read verbatim, so there doesn't seem to be alot of information available yet. But this is NOT the way to get permission to use an electronic nicotine delivery system in a restricted area...

Can you say "nic fit?" Standing up for ecigs is one thing but if they are already banned, then abide by the rules. He could have easily gone into the restroom and vaped if he needed some nic.

+1

People who act like jackwagons because they can't vape where they please only hurt the rest of us who respect the rules.

Southwest still serves peanuts? Damn, I miss the peanuts. After American stopped serving them on the planes, you could still get them at the Admiral's Club. I'd grab a handful - ah... good times. Then, the peanuts disappeared - guess there were too many peanut allergies in the Admiral's Club...

Funny how we all didn't have peanut allergies on airplanes in the 70's, 80's, and 90's.
