Guess they are not so Liberal then lol, the thing is that We really need to just stand our ground on this, nicotine is only regulated in 2mg per dose amounts and no one gets that in a puff, so according to their laws no regulation is justifiable. I will personally boycott all places that deny vaping, the one Denny's here is off my list since they asked me not to vape even though I said the Dennys down the road allows it and there is no law as of yet to restrict it, yet the manager still said I could not so I told him I would not be back.
We need to stand our ground and demand proof for their actions and if in doing so leads to fines down the road we need to stick together and refuse to pay them until they provide proof that this is what they claim. Boycotts and protests, just like the gay community has done with minimal funds, we should follow their example it works to keep our rights in place.

Well our "liberal" govt isn't. :(

The issue for the current Liberal administration isn't 'what's better for you (the consumer)', this issue for the wasteful Ontario Liberal party is 'what's better for us (how can we tax it so we can waste it on useless things)'.

Vapors won't have any rights at all as long as the current government is in power.

Wow.. that sounds EXACTLY like our gov't! Especially the 'wasting on useless things' part.

Well if we stick together and say no, like they did with the gun registration what can they do, just keep vaping, the law is in our favor as written, if they change it say no compliance is justifiable and ignore their threats and point out that as the law stands we are in the guidelines. Remember we have rights as Canadians believe it or not lol, and the law is on our side and the science to show what we are doing is harmless! Why are they not concerned with 0mg juices that are sold? They do the same thing in a PV? No this is not about health but about power, greed and money. Here is a good link for vendors to reply to Health Canada's threats:

Hamilton, and other municipalities have taken away our choice to toboggan. Do we really think the gov will take kindly to people blowing this cancer causing, life ending, child torturing fog out their mouths. Especially when they are only getting 13% tax.

I see it highly unlikely that the gvt will ever embrace vaping as a legitimate cessation tool. I'm scared to see the prices of liquids and hardware once they get their hands into this
