I ordered 12 flavors and 2 x 115ml 36mg VG. Everything arrived within 7 days - very impressed. BUT .. there is seriously something wrong with your VG.
I mixed up a batch diluting the 36mg with 2 parts pharma grade PG to 1 part HC VG. Making it approximately 12mg net.
First I tried vaping neat and noticed a dreadful taste. Thought maybe it needed to be smoked with flavor so I added some. At first I tried 2% then slowly worked my way up to 20%. The awful taste was too overpowering. Even at 30%+ it was absolutely vile.
After about 30 minutes of vaping this mix I noticed that the inside of my clear tank was now left with a weird coating. I emptied the tank and began trying to clean the tank. Firs I used regular dish wash liquid with hot water. The strange gunk (looks like resin coating) would not come off. I tried all sorts of different ways to clean this stuff off and eventually resorted to nail polish remover and turpentine. Still nothing. See attached images of the effected tank.
Assuming this was just a strange one off I bought a new tank and made a new batch (technically batch number 20 by now). I filled the tank and once again I immediately noticed the strange coating .... the attempt at cleaning began all over again with no luck.
My first complaint is my health. What on earth is in that stuff that can line and damage the inside of a tank? That stuff is now on my lungs.
Second is my money. Aside from the $80+ dollars that I payed you I also payed an additional $45 customs. Then I spent another $20 on pharma PG which was wasted mixing it with your gunk. Then I wasted another $5 on menthol crystals trying to hide the revolting taste - even this didn't work.
As South Africa, where I live, has just imposed new legislation that ban's the import of e-juice I am unable to ask for a replacement as I know it will be blocked at customs (I barely got away with it the first time !!!).
Please advise how dangerous this stuff is for my health and advise a resolution to your defective products.
