Healthcabin order questions

Sorry still a newbie so have to post it here.Im not trying to buy e liquid from HC and ship it to other country. Paypal keep coming out this msg - 'At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Webmaster@healthcabin.net and try another option' and i tried to pay by credit card and this msg appear again.
Anyone experience this?

Honestly, I haven't ran into that problem when I ordered from HC. Did you register to the website yet. Maybe your item might have been sold out or something. Once you put something into your cart and proceed to checkout. It's pretty straightforward in how you complete the order IMO.

Thanks for the welcome. i have already registered.Now im wondering if its paypal that stopping it.My paypal is registered in SG and im trying to purchase items from HC to have it delivered to Malaysia and thats where the msg came out.
Anyone try tried ordering from HC and delivered it out of their country using paypal? or credit card process by paypal?

Are you in Malaysia? I just saw a post on this in the Malaysia forum. They were getting the same paypal error when they were doing any purchases for PV stuff (not necessarily at HC). I don't know anything and didn't post there, but that is definately where you should look and post when you move out of newbie status, if that is where you live.

If you are elsewhere, there is a healthcabin forum here but since you are a newbie and can;t post there yet, try sending newsunshine a PM (she is Healthcabin at ECF). She is super helpful and will get you sorted or find you and answer.

Well, you have to wait for an hour but, you can't reach 5 by doing spam. It would be have been better for you to welcome other new members to reach that. Not sure if it will effect you or not now.

No problem, trying to help out the best I can. Not sure about the paypal process. Maybe, they're having an issue with doing overseas transactions or found out it is for ecig stuff.

Heyas m33pok,

Haven't had that exact problem before. However, I did run into problems ordering from one vendor that only accepts paypal. I was trying to use a visa debit card that I had registered with paypal and it seems that the company would only accept credit cards, not debit cards, through paypal. Also, I recently noticed a posting on my banks websites that they had stopped credit card payments to foreign countries because of fraud issues. If you're banking with a us bank, that might also be the issue. Hope you get it resolved.
