Unable to send to Malaysia (healthcabin)

Hi all, i was trying to buying some product from healthcabin. But somehow when i trying to pay using paypal, there is an error saying : -

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Webmaster@healthcabin.net and try another option

Anyone has any idea or came across this issue? Thanks!

Not so sure, may be their website have some problem that time. Better try again tomorrow.

Try later on maybe after 4am and you'll be fine... It's just that our banking system is updating and when that happens, paypal can't withdraw cash from your account. happened to me a lot...

But i try many many days already.... Is it because my Paypal was register at SG?

have you manage to make any payment with paypal before? try contacting paypal customer service to find out what the problem is.

Yup, i use paypal before, but was not on mod. Has also send 2 email to paypal with screen shot... but no reply for 3days already...

I'm not so sure but i think there is a problem in your paypal address! i may be wrong, don't get it serious.

Fengchai,using EMS? Yeah i noticed the speed too on my previous shipment,i dont know how long its gonna take if shipped using the registered air mail.any experience?

congrats FengChai..good to hear yr package on the way to U without problem from custom..however i hate this line " MALAYSIA KUALA LUMPUR Handed over to Customs" and than found they have kept yr package for duty..so far 8/8 all my packages arrived to me without problem too..for now i am waiting for my next package,no news yet but hope i will get it by 25th(2 weeks usually from China) will post when i get mine..regards mafig

Yes they are using EMS. Never use register air mail before but I heard it's very slow.

Thanks mafiq. Mine order from China too. Which website did you order from? How come 2 weeks so long ? Hope your package will arrive without any problems. Usually I heard they will only scan if quantity is too big. Less than 300USD usually will pass through.
