I was getting it with higher nicotine levels and higher PG juices. When I switched down to lower nic and higher VG it seemed much less prevalent. Some juices will give me some heartburn here and there, but thats easy to avoid. Might be their flavorings or something. My biggest thing when I first started was nose bleeds (quit smoking and started vaping in the winter time)

nicotine can lead to acid reflux...I had this as a problem years ago, cause of smoking... but it has to do with the nicotine, relaxing muscles in your esophagus.

Yes the article I am about to link talks about smoking.. but it does go on to clarify it is the nicotine in smoke doing this, and the how and why... still pertains to vaping.

Does Smoking Tobacco Make Heartburn Worse?

What did my doctor back then recommend? Drink more water.. to cut the acidity down... and you know what, with vaping you should be drinking more water anyways, so win win :)

Actually, I believe a big part of the problem is that nicotine stimulates the vagus nerve, which initiates the production of digestive acids. Without the ph balancing effects of carbon monoxide in burning tobacco, we get the acid production only. A well balanced diet, with more food at the beginning of the day, and smaller meals later, really tends to help. My two cents and YMMV!

I get acid reflex if I had an all day vape 10ml+ when I go to bed. Not sure what causes it as I keep myself hydrated with alot of water/juices/milk during the day.
I use 24ni. I used to use 36-38, when I 1st started but didn't get the acid refux. Could be just certain flavors/vendors that can cause this. Or it's just from something you ate. Hard to pinpoint what causes it.
