I've found a ton more flavors since my initial purchase that are safe to vape with reflux/gastritus: Creamy Coconut, Banana Bread, Vanilla flavors, Creme de Menthe, Belgium Waffle, Butter Pecan, Rootbeer float, Gingerbread.
I DO have gingerbread, which can easily be diluted b/c it's strong. I also have caramel cream, hopscotch, butterscotch almond, and banana cream pie. Would those flavors be good?

I think they all sound good. None of those should be acidic or have citric acid in them.

I had a problem with heartburn when I was a smoker. For the most part it's gone now except when I overdo it eating pepperoni pizza. I do find it funny that you mentioned one of the flavors was Cherry Cola. That is the one flavor I have found so far that I really liked but could not vape. I tried it a couple times and within about 20 min it always gets me and to the medicine cabinet I would go to get some tums then have some milk. I've found many many flavors I like that don't cause any heartburn but man I really wish I could vape cherry cola.

I've had it.

I'm on week 2 and I definately had it. The reason why is because of the dripping i did. The drip tip would sometimes have some on the tip and i'd get it on my lips and tongue and because of that it would hit my esophagus and i'd get horrible hickups at first and then HORRIBLE reflux (and i'm talking acid i'd have to spit out it was so bad) eventually, I learned my lesson and stopped using the Cartidges crap (They really are garbage) and went straight to light drip tipping and (my personal favorite) Cartomizers.
If you have specific flavors you like at this point, there is no reason NOT to use cartomizers. however, if you are still testing the waters for flavors to use in a all day vaping experience, hang off on them.

Trust me though, the moment i switched to carts, all my reflux and hickups went away immediately.

Yeah I heard from alot of people about that. But it wasn't that for me. It was crappy cheap eliquid dripping on my lips and in my mouth when i'd take a hard drag. I'd IMMEDIATELY get hickups and reflux to the point of spitting out the acid like i was puking. It lasted for around 2-3 solid days before it got better.

I guess all humans are different!
