We feel sorry for the stock problem. The situation is most e-cigarette manufacturers are carrying out pre-order policy for vendors. We have no way but waiting. Geekvape gives us a great support, we reached a agreement that we will be one of the few to stock the tanks in the first time in the first place. We care about customer service, we provide premium shipping method like DHL in cheapest price.

Recently, I have been receiving a lot of PMs asking about the shipping time of Encom Voidray. Guys, I represent Heaven Gifts to express our apology here. And here is our promise: if next week, we don't receive the devices from Encom, we will have a solution to fix.
Regarding the prize shipment delay thing, some of our members questioned our service.
Winners, please stand out and help me to prove our service level!
@mac63 I remember that I owed you a Aura mini as the contest prize because of the shipping problem, but after weeks I shipped to you as I promised.

Ouch, that does kinda suck winning something and waiting forever to get it... I spent money on mine (which might be worse because money here in the USA isn't worth crap anymore but it sure is hard to get) and I'm still waiting. I looked on FastTech and both versions were in stock but it takes like 6 weeks to get a package from them... hopefully one day in the future it will show up in my mailbox.... [emoji14]

Evan is really good about handling problems I personally haven't had any problems with my winnings
I won a Target kit. The initial kit was faulty. Not only did Heaven Gifts stand by the product - an item that they are only distributing - but they were super speedy in delivering a replacement via DHL. Took about 5 days. I continue to be impressed with Heaven Gifts dedication to customer service.

Thanks for the video, so it's a box mod right? I was thinking about buying a Smok-E Mountain Box Mod, I have some really nice Vanilla mech mods that they make. I just received a Vanilla Rhodium mod and it's very very nice! I have like 5 or 6 Vanilla MODs, most of them are rare (they only made a few hundred or so). [emoji89]

Ser Evan quickly replaced a defective UD Balrog mod I won a while back.
Submitted a short video of the problem and a new unit was sent out
within days.
Everything I've been sent has been well packaged/bubble wrapped and not
just thrown into a cheap envelope.
Keep in contact/PM and you'll be taken care of!. Sh-t happens!.
Forgot one thing; long Chinese holidays can delay resolution of issues and shipments.

I won a Target Kit and had it in three days. Mine had the battery/screen glitch, and they sent a replacement, also via DHL. I was very impressed with their shipping and customer service. Not many companies would ship something you didn't even pay for to you for free via the fastest shipping method.
I've won three different times, with the 3 prizes received within 4 days of info going to Heaven Gifts - that's better turnaround than typical for US orders, and certainly better than most contests.
HG has also been consistently excellent in getting back to me if I ever have a question.

My personal experiences with HG have all been excellent - quick service, very responsive... I can't help but think any significant delays would be because of manufacturers issues

I'll jump in on the praise bandwagon as well. I have won from HG several times--each time, the prize was shipped very quickly (three days) from China and the packing was very good.
One of the things about Heaven Gift contests is that they often offer very new hardware. This allows the winners to not only win a device, but to get their hands on something that is very new. Now, if they offer such a contest with the expectation that they will be receiving a shipment on or before the contest is over and there is a delay in receiving their stock, that is understandable and unavoidable--though regrettable.
I, personally, operate under the rule that vendors who hold contests are giving me something for free--and I will not look a gift horse in the mouth. Let's face it, vendors have better things to do than to ship free wares--they have a business to run--so if it takes a little longer, that's fine. If the delay becomes longer than expected (say, three weeks or so), and I have not heard anything, then I will PM the vendor to politely ask what is up. Delays happen, sometimes things fall through the cracks, but a good vendor (of which, HG is one) will respond and explain the situation as best as they can. Only if I fail to receive a response (and I wait for a week or so to the PM because, again, vendors have better things to do than to check ECF on a frequent basis), do I take to a public forum to complain.
I have certainly never had cause to publicly complain about Heaven Gifts.

This is likely the understatement of the year! 16 layers of well taped bubble wrap in a double envelope. It would seem almost ridiculous if it didn't serve a very good purpose - keeping our precious cargo from being damaged.

I wish I could vouch lol but as many times as I have played....never won a thing...seems I don't have the same luck as some people on here. someday in a distant future not so far away I might win.
