Has anybody ever had a problem with not receiving an order from them?

Nope but if you ordered airmail you can expect about a month waiting time. If you ordered EMS expect 8-10 days.

Just email Wayne if you are having problem, he has very good customer service. If you paid for the regular shipping, you will have a tracking number. If you went the cheap route, it can take up to a month to receive your package.

crap....ive ordered from HG many times and ive always ordered with EMS shipping. my last order i checked off standard since i do not need it right away. i thought maybe 14 to 18 days tops. A month tho 8-o oh well, luckily the order was for extra juice and spare parts

Wayne is a good man and provides me very good service.

Just receiving my e-juice yesterday from him but this time
I have to pay duty fee.

I waited for close to a month over the Christmas holidays but that package was opened by Customs. My other 4 or 5 orders have delivered to the western US in 7 to 10 days.

I've ordered from HG many times and have always received shipments within a week. This time we ordered and used the plain ol' shipping, so will see how long it takes.

Go To Their Web Page & Read reviews...My Fist Order Took Only 5 Days!!!! China To Us...Mabey A Freak Thing But They Are Great!
