Hello all, I'm new here and am just looking for a little help..
I've just learned about this 'vaping' (as it seems to be called here) and have been doing some reading on the site.
As I'm not familiar with all the lingo here, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a few questions.
From my understanding the atomizer is a heating element to turn the contents of the cartridge into vapor, but is the atomizer an expendable piece that will require constant replacement?
I've also seen that the whole "1 cart. = 20 cigs" claim is misleading, but is there a way to refill these cartridges, and if so is it more economical to go that route?
From what I imagine a vapor would have a different feeling compared to tobacco smoke. Is there much of a difference, or better yet is there a cigarette brand on the market that has a comparable taste?
I smoke about a half-pack to a pack a day, but it's not so much the nicotine which I'm addicted to but rather the habit of smoking, so I'm planning on starting with a low nicotine dose to start, and progress down to nicotine free.
Lastly, I understand there are some members here who are affiliated with the manufacturers they support, but I would like to know if anyone has any insight as to a reliable model. I'm looking for something cost-efficient for my first one, with a longer lasting cartridge.
