Hello everyone. James here. Just a little about myself... Been a 1 - 1/12 pack a day smoker for bout 20+ years. Completely switched to e ciggs 4 days ago. Not a single analog since. I will prolly get slammed by my reasoning but it is what it is. I made the switch for no other reason than money. Health benefits are a bonus but wasn't in my priorities. I liked smoking but just can't afford it. E ciggs are much cheaper and I am starting to like the taste better. They are so much more convenient too. I started with the 21st Century 1.6. I will be getting myself a 510 unit with a tank and passthrough soon. I have heard they have a smoother taste and better experience. I don't plan to get crazy with it because I want to save money but a nice upgrade will be a much better experience that may keep me away from analogs. I'm not a huge poster but if you want to know about football don't go to a tennis match for your research. I am good with constructive criticism and any newbie advice will always be appreciated. Happy vaping!
James

Hey James - you do make sense. I don't know what they cost in your neck of the woods, but in NYC analogs are $12/pack. For less than the cost of a carton, you can buy a great kit with accessories. The monetary motivation works out for your health in the end, so you get the benefit despite whatever brought you there. No worries!

The money pinch causes other problems, like forcing the smoker to try really cheap cigs. I was in a bind and smoked Pall Mall's for about 6 months - nearly burned my lungs out.

You're not only saving money - your lungs will clear up, you'll smell better, it's funner, and you're sticking it to the Big Tobacco Man everytime you avoid buying the choke sticks. :toast:

OMG, $12 a pack! Heck at $6 I though I was being bent over and, well, ....

I can't remember how many times I have said, when these dam_ things get to $ (such and such a price) I'm going to quit, lol. Keep in mind when I started puffing away you could get a pack for $.50 out of the vending machine in the front of the grocery store, what a waste...
