hello and some questions to

So hi all .. my name is Bruno im 27 from Magog in Quebec.. so if im here its because i saw on the net something about electronic cigarette.. why i saw that.. well 2 reasons.. first i just got a new baby .. now hes 1 week old hehe .. second reason well i have to smoke on the balconie since hes here

So i was looking for a alternatif to be able to smoke inside without the bad stuff from a cigarette...

So far a read a lot and stoped my choice on a 510 (dual kit) one for me one for my wife... got some empty self reloading cartridge to ...

Now all i know is there is 2 kind of liquid to fill my new e-cig ... one is with pg and the other is with vg ... all i know so far is some people make reaction with pg ... i dont know if i will .. but ill see i guess

Humm i smoke about half a pack a day or maby more ... my cigarette pack say each cigarette contain about 1.2 to 2.5 mg of nicotine ... So yeah my juice must have nicotine.. i will probably buy some juice with no nicotine for fun and for later if i can quit smoking...

Heres my first qestion.. for my habbit .. what quantity should i take.. i saw like 11mg 16mg ... cause i dont wanna over smoke what i smoke for now..

Also they say the cartridge should be good for 24 hrs after first use.. so i guess i must trash it after that .. is that true or its a marketing trick ??? is there a way i can clean them or last longer ??

i saw some people say that the vg juice and juice with none or low nicotine have less "hit" what is that ???

FINALY i would like to know if some people can refere me to a web store in canada or maby usa that accept paypal for payment for some juice.. i would like to try both of them pg and vg

1.2mg to 2.5mg?? I've never seen cig pack that states a range of necotine level... Anyway, Im new to this stuff too, and I am going to get 36mg and 0mg to see how I like it. If 36mg is too strong, I can mix it and lower the nicotine levle.

If you'd like to compare just nicotine level to the cig you smoke, I would say 11mg to 24mg is about equvalent to 1.2mg to 2.5mg since I read that 0.1ml of e liq is nearly equal to one cig (though, from what I read, it depnds on how you smoke, what you use to vape, etc...). I think you gotta try these out and see how much nicotine actually you vape if that is your real concern.

I am pretty sure you can refill most, if not all, of cartrideges.

You can find answers to prob all your questoin in this forum. That is what I have been doing these pase few days. Everytime you see me "I read", they are from this forum. Just do little research. It helps alot.

BTW, it is not my business, but I wouldn't vape near baby (not even in same room) since it is still nicotine that is in vapor and I didn't see any proof that there is no sideeffect to ppl around vapors. It's just my opinion, just to be safe.

Again, I myself as noob can't be 100% sure on things I wrote. They are just what I think based on research I did. Veteran vapors will prob correct me if I am wrong!^0^

I can't blame you for not wanting to continue smoking outside with the cold Canadian winter not far off.....LOL. Personally, I like the High Voltage liquid from Nhaler. It's 12mg and produces a good amount of vapor to replace the sensation of smoking. He's also working on producing lower nicotine liquids in the same line and also carries parts for the 510. You should be able to refill the pre-loaded cartridges and you'll find plenty of info on the forum if you have any questions on that.

P.S. Propolene glycol (PG) vapor is safe around people. Many hospitals add it to their venilation systems because it kills airborn bacteria and virus' by dehydrating them. You'll understand that when you start vaping because you'll experience a dry throat. Just drink plenty of water in addition to other liquids you drink and there shouldn't be any problem.
