Just got done doing one of the Avengers in the pattern done with the test in purple, turquoise and clear. I started with the turquoise and masked portions of it.

I then proceed to dye it the purple.

Then proceed to bleach off some of the purple so that it's not so dominant.

I decided to leave the button itself solid dark blue. Gives it a kind of robust look I think.

Then strip off the mask and seal it!

It really is impossible to get the true scope of beauty involved with my cheapo photographic skills, I will wait till tomorrow and try to get a good picture in sunlight and hopefully you'll get a good idea of how rich this looks.

Well, I've been pretty busy dealing with children problems the last few work days (thursday and friday), so I decided to take the time, during time I normally set aside for family time on the weekends, and got a few things done with anodizing. I've only been able to spend a little time. My oldest (11yrs) had decided he doesn't like school, it's too hard. So he's taken to walking out in the middle of class and climbing trees or buildings in order to get away from those putting demands on him. Hehe, he was also looking for attention from me, and he got it not in the way I would prefer, so I've spent a lot of the time over the past few days focusing on my boys and only my boys. Don't know if everyone knew, but I'm a single parent and have raised these spawn from the time they were born to now almost exclusively by myself. They really do love having my attention and because of all the recent orders, I've neglected them a little. I do apologize to those that are waiting. I will still get to everyone in the specified timeframes!

Oh and also our sewer is partially backed up and with montana winters, my landlord has asked me to vacate and find a new place to live because he cannot fix the issue until it warms up which won't be for a very long time. So I'm going to be doing all the mods for this month up until the end of the month, and then taking a sabbatical until I can get situated in a new residence. Everyone that has orders currently with me, WILL BE FINISHED prior to this move. Mostly because I don't know for sure if my new residence will have the required space for me to set up my anodizing bath and such.

Soooo, here is my completed work today and last night.
Avenger Telescope mod (top and bottom cap weren't anodized) First picture is with a lot of light to show the finish. (ignore the dust from the paper towel! LOL)

Second picture is with just the flash alone to show how truly deep the purple is on this particular item. It can get deeper!

I also mostly have the 2 VMods from Tat_skull polished and ready to go into the bath. That should be completed tomorrow or tuesday early.

I was able to strip off the hydro-dipped graphics off the one very easily without affecting the metal underneath.

Oh sweet!! Well, You know what I want done right? Black/silver marble with that "Pink Humming Bird" but in red on my case like you have of Tat's. Shoot me a PM with a quote bud. I'll see what I can scrape together and hopefully knock this out for the wife. I know she'll love it.

Sleep whats' that? Tat, I took yer image to the vinyl place today. I expected them to have it done today, but havn't received a call yet. That's the only thing preventing me from finishing your vmods.

I did get to do something tho. I've got a Ihy that is blue fade. Pretty unit too!
