Been checking out these forums for about 2 weeks now and I have found a lot of good info and useful tips one here. As of Sunday I will be 4 weeks smoke free and feeling great. Thanks to vaping. I started with a SmokeTech Ego starter kit and have been going thru the paces finding what suits me. Right now I am rocking an Ego C Twist with CE3 clearomizers and it seems to be doing me fine. I was using LR cartos until I started getting ones with bad poly fill. Wouldn't absorb and taste like a**! Anywho just wanted to say hey and I really like this forum a bunch. Almost like a support group. Have a great night!

Hello and welcome....Congrats on making the switch. And you are right. We are like a support group in the sense that we have all been there.

Loads of info here. And after you make 5 post(and wait an hour for the server to catch up) you can post in other threads. The information crunch can sometimes be a little over-whelming so ask questions if you don't know something.

Happy vaping,.
:)

Hi and welcome smitighe. I think this forum is fantastic because of the totally subjective advice and recommendations one gets. That's right subjective. It is way cool that you are new to vaping and already found a pv and, as I call it, supply system that suit your needs. I always try to remember that each vaper has a sweet spot for their own favorite pv, supply system, or e-liquid. I recently have made the foray into to DIY and have been enjoying it greatly. IMHO it is a really good thing you quit the "stalking the forum" philosophy and made a post.

Best wishes you to.

Hiya smitighe, welcome to the forum, and to your new healthier life!

Hey, I don't know who told you to get a Twist, but it's a POS.

No, it's not .... just a little inside joke, sorry about that. Actually, I take boatloads of abuse for recommending it so much. I have a lot of stuff, but I use the Twist 90% of the time, with a Smoktech 3.5ml DCT tank fitted with a Boge single coil 2.0 or 3.0 ohm carto.

I also like the Vivi Nova tank and the Bulli atomizer. If you ever want to dabble in higher-en VV mods, I also like the ProVari V2, the Apollo SS VTube, the Smoktech VMax, and Reo VV bottom-feeders.

Lol right on and yeah I've seen all the YouTube vids. I am a research junkie. I bought the set up I have and have been embellishing on that for now. I am sure I will "graduate" one day soon. But for now and being a noob I am content. I usually have a tobacco flavor and a non tobacco flavor going all day. The CE3's are my newest discovery and I love them! I have a buddy in NY they we seem to get and review different products to try and see if we can better our experience. He has been at it a bit longer than I but I am really digging the new found love for vaping. Thanks for the love y'all.

Hello, welcome, and above all congratulations! I can tell you I never would have tried vaping had it not been for this forum. I'm 2 weeks into vaping and 1 week analog-free. I've learned so much in the last few weeks it's making my head spin, and there's still so much to learn. This is indeed a great support group!

Hey, thanks for the heads-up about the CE3. Keep hearin' about 'em, haven't tried 'em, gonna get some. I think my "true love" is going to be the Bulli atomizer with about a 5-6 ohm coil at 6 volts or so.

Did you watch my man Steve enjoying his Bulli? Not exactly sure just what he's vaping, but it seems to be workin' for him. :)

This guy is great too; this is the single best testimonial to vaping I've ever seen:
