Hi and welcome to ECF,

No it won't make a difference on how fully charged the battery is when you charge it. As to your second question, it shouldn't make any difference. As the ego battery fake or not is just a battery, so long as you are using the proper cone for the T system the battery itself won't make a difference. Tho my personal suggestion is to find a different delivery system. I am one of many you will speak to that started with the ego-T system and doesn't like it due to leaking and other issues.

Welcome to ECF!!!

Charging your batteries before they are fully drained is good, it will extend the life of your battery. Also take them off the charger as soon as charged, too full a charge also will shorten the life.....sounds crazy but true..:)

Your batteries have a 510 connection, so any atomizer, cartomizer, tank (Vivi Nova is my favorite) or CE2 that has 510 threads will fit and work. Just stay away from dual coils, as they really need a higher voltage to provide the wattage to vape well.

Hi and welcome to ECF.
I have few question I did not found any answer's for them on the forum , 1st , does it matter if i charge the battery of my ego-c when its half full ? or I better wait for it to drain completelly?
Yes never allow your batts to drain completely- they'll last longer.
Can a cartiage of a fake ego-t make damage to my ego-c if i use it? (also the fake ego-t battery?)
No. the only way a cartridge would damage a batt is if juice gets on the battery. Manual batts are less prone to damage from juice than automatic batteries.

I agree 100%. I love my ego T battery but not the little plastic tank itself. I decided on day 2 that if I didn't find something different I was gonna go crazy, I placed an order for several different items all at once. It might sound crazy but some flavors are better with one kind of system while others work well something else. But, you will have to see what you like and what works for you, my husband and I are complete opposites on this issue. But do read reviews first to make sure the hardware itself doesn't have known problems.

I picked up a dual coil tank just to test out, will it work with my ego-c at all or should I put it aside for when I decide to get a vv?

With the batteries, I treat them how I treat a laptop. Don't let it drain, don't leave it plugged in. You'll get a "feel" for when the batteries NEED charging. Vapour production (and taste) drops off dramatically for the last few pulls. I'm not sure of your exact model, but every battery I've seen is Li-On so they shouldn't have any of the old "charge memory" issues of yore.

I'm no expert on knockoff matching with official ego, but I'm assuming that it's all about the threading. If it screws on you should be good, leaking will probably be coming from any seals on carto/clearo/tank. Trying to force a part with different threads on can potentially cause some physical damage to the threading (same as wrong nuts on bolts). If you have an automatic battery you will have to be extra vigilant about not getting fluid on the battery connectors, word on the street is juice can gum up a perfectly good battery (haven't had it happen to me yet xfingers).

If you see a part you like, make sure the threading matches or get an adapter. Ego's are 510. Don't quote me on that though, I'm still new and am still trying to figure out how to get my drip tip connected to the atomizer...lol

Ego's are 510 thread, and the "clones" or "knock offs" pretty much fit anything that says 510. I have noticed that with some carto's or tanks you can't screw them on all the way or the draw is so tight you can't get anything. Just back it off a 1/4 of a turn (or so) and it works fine. But be careful if you put it in your pocket because it has some wiggle to it and you wouldn't want to ruin your threads on your battery. And look at pictures of what you are buying closely. I can't use any of the adapters on mine because I don't have outside threads like the true Ego bats do or most of the other clones.

Or get a 510-510 shorty adapter, V2 510 Shorty Extension- Unsealed and you'll be able to connect any 510/ego carto/atty to any 510/ego battery, in any combination....and all that for $2....

There was another thread where we discussed this but can't seem to find it atm. Here's the gist....
Don't worry too much about waiting till your eGo-c batt dies to charge it. An eGo-C fully charged is 4.2V. When the charge hits ~3.1V it flashes & cuts off.
You're never actually running the batt completely dry (its only at about 70% of capacity at cutoff) when it signals for a charge, which is close to the optimal discharge point before recharge for a Li-ion batt for the longest battery life (think it was somewhere around 60%).
Li-ion batts do not suffer from "battery memory" though so charging 'em before they cutoff is ok & won't impact their longevity very much.

Sweet, I'm still new and had only found the adaptors that screw onto the outside threads, which I don't have! Thanks for the info, this will def be on my next order...I don't think I've saved very much $$$ on this new hobby, but that wasn't really the point! I love to shop and I'm not smoking...win win situation!
