I apologize for the lack of formal introduction, I'm one of those people who enjoys vaping discreetly. My wife knows I vape, etc. But at the office I have to be quick and quiet about it. I love my eleaf Istick unit. I use a Kanger glass atomizer (LOVE the glass as far as taste goes). I use an adapter and dual coil atomizers.
I am not so well-informed on the hardware that I am in the "Well, that's to be expected" camp. I am looking for a solution to this problem that is more permanent and cost effective. As I said, I *LOVE* the battery itself. It does not need a lot of recharging, feels good in the hand, not so long that it can't be easily concealed in my pocket, etc. But my problem is the atomizers. After four days the flavor starts to go off. And by day five it's simply nasty. I put up with it to try and make my atomizers go as far as possible, but it gets soon to the point where I can't stand it, and just put another one in.
Is there something that lasts longer (a lot longer) and provides clean vapor with good flavor reliably, or is the proverbial "nature of the beast" when it comes to these units? It seems every year there's some "better" way to do things. I started with a cotton in resin, then a clear resin deal with a ... I can't remember the brand name. Darn it. Like a super thick pen with a semi-transparent tank that was acryllic. Then the class atomizers on that thick pen style battery, and now these atomizers (which I *swear* are burning out faster and faster than they ever did, and I am increasingly sure are being made poorly deliberately so that we funnel more cash... Sory for the beginnings of a rant, I'm of low means and I take it personally) are burning out so fast that I find myself spending $50.00 a month at least on juice and attys when it was 25 before.
Is there something that:
1.) Fits on the eleaf without needing an adaptor?
2.) Simply lasts longer, and needs maybe maintenance or a cleaning solution to keep going?
I'm sorry if all this sounds silly. I'm just looking to improve the quality of the vaping and the longevity of parts. Many thanks to all who might or at least are willing to try helping. I hope there aren't too many eyes rolling at how often this question gets asked, I can't seem to find satisfactory answers searching around, so I thought I'd try and pick the minds of some folks here.
Cheers.
