You can try resetting the firmware. Heres a link on youtube. The link for the firmware is under the video.

Hi Welcome to ECF, and glad you are enjoying switching to vaping. It sounds like right now you are enjoying your starter setup and MTL vaping.

Did you use the smokalien, and with a sub0hm tank? Do you like sub0hm as well and are you looking for a replacement mod/setup/whatever? Generally it's a great idea to have at least one backup vape. Some people lean more one way than the other, (mouth to lung, more cigarette like inhale, vs. direct lung, inhaling directly into your lungs with far more vapor)?

It might be a consideration if you are looking to replace your smok alien if you can't get it back up and working and etc.
